There is no bigger joy than getting to meet a senior who feels like they could be a dear friend, and that was so true for Caitlin! She is everything that an MFP senior is – a planner, but flexible and trusting, confident in who the Lord created her to be, willing to take a risk to have a little bit of fun, and a HUGE Sooner fan! I knew from the moment she booked with me that we would get along! I love to follow all of my girls on Instagram to get to know them a bit before our shoot, so when I met Caitlin and her mom for our session, we felt like fast friends!
Caitlin and I had emailed a bit the week before her shoot to talk about her top locations, her outfits, and a few images she wanted to make sure we captured. This is part of what makes the MFP senior experience so much fun – I want your session to be personal and customizable to you! Your college experience is unlike anyone else’s, and being able to capture the places on campus that you made your memories is what makes it special. I LOVE how we did this for Caitlin – the variety we captured with her graduation cap, locations, and posing was one of my favorite things!
Something I learned about Caitlin on her shoot was that the Lord used her disappointment of coming back to OU for a fifth year to bring her her boyfriend, Hayden! I was so glad to meet him and have him jump in for a few of the photos – they are just darling together and I love that I was able to capture a few of them together with how much of an impact he’s had on her story!
Check out a handful of my favorites from Caitlin’s graduation photos!
