2019 OU Senior | Ty | OU Graduation Photographer

Ty is so full of life and energy – I don’t think she has ever met a stranger, which is ironic because it actually sounds like she was the exact opposite of outgoing and goofy prior to attending OU! She described her high school self as shy and reserved, but really came out of her shell when she left for college. Ty is a Norman native and has a dear, lifelong best friend, Charlie, who spent time with us during the shoot and I swear these two are kindred spirits! I loved their friendship and sass together – they are two peas in a pod! It was hilarious to me that Ty’s nickname from her friends is “Mom Ty” because she’s always the one taking care of everyone and checking in. It sounds like a perfect fit considering she’s hoping to teach 8th grade post-graduation! Those little 13-year-olds are going to LOVE her!

Ty has traveled all over the US with friends throughout college and has made some of her favorite memories on trips to Mexico, Las Vegas, Miami, and more. I had a lot of fun in college, but I don’t think I had even half the fun of this girl! She brings the laughs & smiles wherever she goes and I think it’s safe to say she really made the most of her community and the opportunities she had at OU!
