Life moves fast, kids grow faster, and somewhere between the snack requests and bedtime stories, I’m here with my camera, catching the moments that make it all worth remembering.

For Every Mom Who Feels Behind on Printing Photos… Read This.

Education

If you’ve ever opened your camera roll with the absolute best intentions to finally print something and then immediately thought “nope… not today,” you’re in good company. Just about every mom I know carries this invisible little weight around their photos.

The “I should really do something with these” weight.
Especially after a new family photo session. You look at your walls, remember that gallery link email, or see a photo memory pop up on your phone and it’s there…annoyingly persistent.

I know, because I’ve been there. And I know it’s not because you don’t care.
It’s because it feels like a big, expensive project that requires a lot of decisions.
And your brain is already managing the mental load of life without adding a bonus round called “Make Photo Decisions.”

That is exactly why I’ve become a big believer in starting small…not small in value, just small in emotional bandwidth. No gallery walls or design decisions. Just a simple collection to begin.

For our family, that beginning was a little glass box of prints that sits on a table in our formal living room. My kids pull it down every few days. They scatter the prints across the rug. They point and talk about momma and poppa getting married, or ask about being in my tummy.

I almost always stop what I’m doing so I can watch their little fingers flip through the prints.

It’s not the perfectly curated display, but they are touchable.
And every time it happens, it slows me down long enough to remember what I’ve most likely forgotten – our story, the trials and triumphs that got us here, and the goodness of the Lord in the midst of all of it.

So here’s what I want you know:
You don’t need a picture-perfect system to be a good memory keeper.
You don’t need to print everything.
You don’t HAVE to catch up on all the years you haven’t touched.
You just need a first step. A starting point. Something simple enough that you’ll actually do it.

Which brings me to the sweetest little offering I’m opening up just for the holiday season. I’m calling it the “Every Good Gift” sale.

I’ll have two types of glass print boxes available for families who want to finally do something with their photos without needing a whole afternoon to make it happen. You can choose between a 4×6 box filled with 25 photographic prints or a 5×7 box with four deckled-edge fine art prints. Pick your favorites from any session or season of life, send them my way, and a few weeks later, you’ll have a keepsake your family can hold, flip through, and add to over time. The start of your collection.

If you’ve been carrying that weight to “do something” with your photos, this might be the gentlest place to start. Just a small step that brings your memories off your phone and into your hands in a beautiful way.
