This sweet Lake Hefner OKC engagement session is the first of FIVE engagements this month! I cannot believe it! I love love you guys!!! And if the rest of the shoots are anything like this one, then we are in for a fun August!

Brittany and Rowan were SO easy to hang with. When we were chatting about OKC engagement locations over email, I asked what they love to do together and their response was “anything with peace, nature, tranquility, etc.” – I think we definitely picked the right spot! Lake Hefner is so beautiful right now & the scenery complimented their down-to-earth and easy going personalities perfectly.

These two did long-distance for most of their relationship until Brittany made the move to Oklahoma a couple months ago! I think my favorite part of my time with them was when I gave them a couple prompts to start chatting about & then I backed up to shoot wide shots & give them some privacy. After a couple minutes, I started shooting a bit closer again and realized that they never got to answer the prompt – they were just hanging out and loving on each other that whole time and got distracted!!
