OU Spring Engagement Photos – Annie & Bill

Three ways to describe Annie & Bill: giggly, fun-loving, and laid back. There was not a quiet moment during our shoot – they were laughing and goofing off together the whole time! It made my job SO easy – they just enjoyed being together, and I got to photograph it! Nothing better than that!

These two are also adventurous – they love bike-riding, are training for their SECOND triathlon, and enjoy playing with their dog, Buddy! I usually get to know the girls fairly well right off the bat because of our conversations before a shoot, but Bill surprised me in a couple ways! First – he was quite the romantic! I pulled him aside at one point, preparing to give him a prompt to pick her & twirl her around! Instead, he walked right up to Annie, took her hand, and spun her around to dance – almost sweeping her literally off her feet. He also knew WAY more about photography & light than the average person – he earned major points for this one! 🙂

I loved getting to walk around OU’s campus with these two finding all of the trees and tulips blooming. Spring around Norman can be hit or miss – I know by April I am good to go with plenty of greenery, but late March ended up working out perfectly! We had just enough light & color to make campus come to life! Annie also did an incredible job at picking out their outfits – particularly that gorgeous blush dress!! She did her research!!! You also may be seeing more of Annie around here because I’m shooting her senior photos in just a few weeks! Eeeeek!
