OU 2020 Senior | Nicole | Fall Senior Photos

Not only did I get to celebrate Nicole’s upcoming graduation with these photos, but we were also celebrating her pregnancy announcement!!! This is an MFP first!! Nicole has had quite the year – graduation, announcing their new addition with her husband Trevor, buying a home, and a cross-country move!!! We had so much to talk about and catch up on, especially because Nicole has been on my calendar for over a year. I first heard from her in April of 2019 – I cannot believe it has been this long in the making!

Nicole is a Navy veteran, which also marks a first for MFP. I wish we had more time to chat about her experience serving because I wish I knew more about the process! We did get to talk about her degree in microbiology, how she and Trevor met (Key West, FL while they were both in the military!), their long-distance marriage until she moves this fall, and more! Such a blessing to hear about how this past year has unfolded.

I loved that we got to celebrate the sweet blessing of their little one on this shoot. I also loved that it was an opportunity for her to be pampered!! She went to the amazing ladies at Flaunt for her hair and makeup, got her nails done, and then we had a gorgeous evening on campus to capture the excitement surrounding all of the changes and her accomplishments! Her sweet-natured and laid back manner made her the perfect MFP senior and it was a joy to get to connect with her on so many life things! I normally wouldn’t get to share about marriage and weddings with my girls given the nature and age of most of my seniors, but this was a unique opportunity to chat about what being a wife looks like, the challenges, and the joys!
