OU 2019 Graduate | Grace | Norman, Oklahoma Photographer
I am SO excited to introduce Grace to the MFP senior family today! Grace was my last individual 2019 spring senior this weekend, and I couldn’t have ended the season with a better girl! Grace did a lot of things right for her shoot – she brought her A game with her adorable pink romper (I LOVED the pop of color…normally I advise for neutrals and pastels, but this couldn’t have been more adorable or fitting for her! I may end up having to change that suggestion to include more fun & bright colors in the mix!), she went all out with hair & makeup, and showed up relaxed & ready to have a good time! I love getting to see personalities shine through in images, and these are some of the best I think I’ve been able to capture all year! Her joy and spunk is contagious and so apparent in these photos!!
Grace is from Lubbock, TX and came all the way to the Sooner state to join the OU family four years ago! One of the things we talked about during our time together was the value and growth that comes from taking a leap of faith. She moved to Norman knowing no one and having no idea what to expect, and she ended up LOVING IT. What is ironic is that this whole leap of faith thing has come full circle – she moved here somewhat on a whim, and is now moving away in the same fashion. Grace is heading to Brisbane, Australia to be an au pair for three little kiddos for 6 months! Talk about an adventure! I LOVE getting to encourage my girls who are leaving their comfort zone – that is exactly what I did when I moved to Nashville 2 weeks after graduation, so I feel them in the mix of their excitement and anxiety. There is so much personal development and fun that comes from leaving home to explore a new place. You learn a lot about yourself, other people, and the world in the process and I think everyone should move away from home at least once! (Even if you end up coming back like I did haha!)
This sweet friend can light up any room with that gorgeous smile & I have a feeling you’ll be seeing A LOT more of her on my website and Instagram in the weeks to come!
Congratulations, Grace!
