We had the best time getting creative with Madison’s senior pictures last week. Just wait until you see the photos in the willow trees! I posted a little behind-the-scenes Instagram reel of my thought process and it’s one you won’t want to miss!

One of the most-loved parts of the MFP experience is the personalization of each session. There are the classic OU spots that I photograph every senior in, but I also try to incorporate 1-2 new locations OR a location that is representative of one aspect of their college experience. For Madison’s session, we stopped by the classic Reynolds/Holmberg Hall doors to commemorate all of her memories there through USING and Scandals! Madison was one of the Scandals directors for her sorority and they took home first place just a few weeks ago! She said it was the best way to cap off her college career with such an exciting and memorable accomplishment.

Madison is easy going, down to earth, so youthful, and was a total pro throughout our session – even when it started to rain a bit! We had to move everything up this day to avoid some weather we thought might be coming in (and so that we weren’t fighting the heavy cloud cover right at sunset!) and it was 100% the right move. I mentioned this earlier in the season, but the more flexible we can be the day of our session, the better! It is so much better to move things up a few hours (or even to the morning!) than having to totally switch days altogether. Thank you Madison for rolling with it!!
