Oh the sweetness! I was so blessed by my time with Courtney & Jonathan last week. These two are expecting a baby girl in the next month or so and I was fortunate enough to be asked to celebrate them and their little one! We had some GORGEOUS weather for our shoot – golden hour showed up right on time and was something I definitely wanted to use to our advantage! The warmth and brightness of this time of day was a mirror image of Courtney & Jonathan’s personalities & completely set the tone for their photos! I loved that we got to capture some of the spring flowers as well – there wasn’t as much growth in this location as I had hoped but it still worked out & was perfectly private for a beautiful lifestyle session like this one!

A little about these two: they are high school sweethearts! They met as teenagers in Amarillo before Jonathan headed to A&M and Courtney joined the Sooner family. She now works in athletics at OU and totally crushes it – I know how much hustle and hard-work is expected in the world of working for a University, let alone in an athletics program that has such a great history of success! Courtney & Jonathan were so easy to be with and work with and I am excited to share some of my favorites with y’all today! Congratulations on your new babe Courtney & Jonathan! I cannot wait to see sweet JoElle when she is welcomed into the world!
