Midtown OKC Engagement Session – Angela and Tim

What a weekend, y’all! I spent some time back home in TX and it was much needed! Got to yell (a lot) at the Sooners on Saturday, overindulge on Halloween trail mix, harass my dog who somehow hates me even though I am obsessed with her, and sleep in! Always nice to be taken care of for a little bit…thank you Mom & Dad!!

While this weekend was awesome, last weekend was just as wonderful! I got to hang out with these two cuties who are tying the knot next summer! I loved shooting their engagements in Midtown OKC – it’s one of my top picks of places to shoot because of the variety and walkability of the area. We also hung out a bit at Myriad gardens and got to photograph them in the same place they had their first date, proposal, and now these photos!

Engagement shoots have become one of my favorite things because of the flexibility and options I have when it comes to posing! With two people, it makes things creatively challenging. We got to do some fun poses (like the one where Tim picked her up by the green wall!) that I don’t get to do all the time. Angela’s smile & giggles were contagious and I had a difficult time picking favorites – they were so happy in all of them! These two were so trusting and relaxed that it made for a perfect shoot!!
